Fixes

Checkpoint and operation sync now share the enrolled writer identity, fixing accepted PWA edits blocked by an invalid writer error.
Refresh Google Drive credentials during long transfers so checkpoint imports can continue after the original access token expires.
Device enrollment now recovers from a verified checkpoint when an older client retained a different local request.
Accept the complete saved and archived state returned by Freed Desktop when clearing an optimistic PWA edit.
